Your claim will be send to the insurance company after the conculsion of the carrier.
Your file will be send to the concerned carrier. In the event of compensation the amount will be estimated according to the terms and conditions of the carrier.

Any claim must be declared within a maximum of 48 hours after delivery.
At the delivery, your recipient can check the parcel with the driver and leave written comments on the delivery note to attest damages on the goods (acceptance with reservations).
Without reserve, the carrier may consider that the delivery was compliant and may refuse your compensation claim.
